What Good Habits Do You Want To Begin Next Month?
I want to start something and finish it. I also want to stop spending on foolishness... I seemed to be doing so well in the beginning of the new year and fell off heavy. I’d like to save as much as possible. I know it doesn’t seem like a habit, but I think it should be made into one. If I make it a habit to save as often as I can, as much as I can it will assist me in reaching my goals .... other good habits, I want to run about 20miles a week. So far this week I’ve got 9miles in, just 11 more to go. I know I can do it and I’ve really pushed myself on the days that I didn’t want to. I’m going to remember those moments because they’ll fuel me in the future. Lastly, I want to continue to work on saying no. Making it a habit to say no when I know something will not benefit me will assist me in this.
I want to finish off 2018 strong. We still have a good five months.
